THE Asian Games-bound RP triathlon and chess teams are appearing in the weekly Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum Tuesday prior to their departure in Doha, Qatar.
National coach Peter Gonzales and possibly triathletes Arland Macasieb, Sandra Araullo, Mickey Quilala and Lea Coline Langit will join chesser Ronald Dableo in the 10:30 a.m. session to talk about their respective campaigns in the Dec. 1-15 quadrennial meet.
Also appearing in the public sports program aired live over Sports Radio 918 and sponsored by PAGCOR, Manila Mayor Lito Atienza and Manila Sports Council (MASCO) chief Ali Atienza are chess players Wesley So and Jayson Gonzales to discuss their Grandmasters’ bid, Triathlon Association of the Philippines (TRAP) secretary-general Mon Marchan, who will promote the Long Distance Triathlon in Subic next month and Yonex Tour coordinator Francis Salas.
